Golf is hard enough. Returns shouldn't be.
Every FLAG OUT piece is built to order, just for you. We don't keep a warehouse full of extra sizes hoping they sell. We build yours when you order it.
That's better for waste, but it means once it's built, it's yours.
So we don't do mulligans for buyer's remorse or wrong size. Please hit the size guide before you order. If you're between sizes, size up. Our fit is athletic.
OUR 21-DAY PROMISE (3 WEEKS)
If we bogey your order, we'll fix it.
If it shows up damaged, defective, or the print is just off, email us within 21 days of deliverywith:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the issue

We'll build you a fresh one and ship it free. No hassle. No 3-putt email chain.
Lost in transit? Let us know within 21 days of your estimated delivery date and we'll track it down and get a new one on the way.
What we can't cover:
• Wrong size ordered
• Changed your mind after ordering
• Gear that's been worn, washed, and lived in
