This website is operated by Flag Out Golf. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Flag Out Golf. By visiting our website or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

2. Print-On-Demand & Apparel Representations

All apparel and accessories sold on Flag Out Golf are custom-printed and produced on demand upon order confirmation.

 Product Variations: Digital mockups displayed on product pages are visual representations. Actual print colors, graphic placements, and garment textures may vary slightly from what appears on your device screen due to monitor color calibration and the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process.

 Sizing: Precise size charts are provided on product pages. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size prior to ordering.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, you have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations by contacting customer support. Once an order enters production with our print partners, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Address Accuracy

 Delivery Estimates: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Flag Out Golf is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, peak holiday volume, or carrier interruptions.

 Address Errors: Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Flag Out Golf is not liable for packages misdelivered, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

 Stolen or Lost Packages: Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after tracking status confirms successful delivery.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All original artwork, golf apparel designs, graphics, branding, logos, and text featured on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Flag Out Golf. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of our designs or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flag Out Golf, its owners, officers, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum financial liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific item(s) purchased.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
